If you have any food allergies/limitations, please bring some extra food with you in case you can't eat what I offer.

The tour normally lasts 8 hours (it might be shorter at the beginning and end of the season due to shorter nights)
Everything depends on conditions: driving distance, weather, solar activity, etc
In rare cases, the tour can be up to 10-12 hours if it is really necessary or if the group wants to stay longer (due to good solar activity or other factors).
As this is a minivan tour, I don't have any limits, such as mandatory breaks or driving-hour limits, like on minibus/bus tours.

There is a good chance we will cross the border into Finland, so please bring your passport. In my experience, I never had a passport check, but it is required to have it with you when crossing the border.

Meeting point - Circle K gas station (Fredrik Langes gate 5, 9008 Tromsø, Norway). In front of the entrance.
After many tours, I think this is a perfect location, as you can use the toilets inside right before the tour and grab a snack/drink for the road
