We used their one-day private charter service from Osaka to Nara and Kyoto, and it was one of the best decisions we made during our trip. Our driver, Mr. Han, was exceptionally professional, punctual, and reliable. Traveling with children can sometimes be challenging, but Mr. Han went above and beyond by providing shortcut walking routes and helpful local tips that saved us both time and energy throughout the day. During the trip, before each drop-off, he would send us the next pickup location

Thank you 出雲孝安 (安总) for your service, as I’m bring my family including my parents in their 70s. 安总 had been very detailed in his planning keeping in mind the personas of the passengers he’s fetching. He would always try to alight us to the places of interests in our agenda with the shortest walking distance. He also enquired about our diet preferences as we are all different, he carefully selected restaurants that would match us. He even walked with us to the restaurant keeping in mind and introduced the various dishes we could order. We are partly chasing cherry blossom as one of the main objective for this trip, he would give recommendations to the locations where we could see cherry blossom. This is first ou trip to Japan for most of my family members, we are very thankful we have company of 安总. Thank you 安总 😊, would definitely engage this service the next time we are back 😍🌸🫶🏼
