• Before using the redeem code, please carefully read the terms and conditions for its use. If the conditions are not met, the event organizer and KKgift reserve the right to refuse redemption.

  • A single redeem code may not be used more than once and may only be exchanged for the corresponding product as specified in the relevant event regulations. Orders cannot be cancelled, nor can the code be exchanged for an equivalent, transferable currency or other items. In the event that natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances render the redeem code unable to be redeemed or unusable after redemption—and such circumstances are not attributable to KKgift—KKgift shall not be liable to provide any compensation.

  • KKday orders placed through the redeem code will not be eligible for any KKday Points or AsiaMiles rewards.

  • If the redeem code you used was purchased from a third party, any request for a refund or change regarding the code or the redeemed product must be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy of the original point of purchase. Please contact the original purchase channel for related matters; this is entirely separate from KKgift.

  • If KKgift determines that you have violated these terms or engaged in any illegal behavior (such as obtaining the redeem code through fraudulent means), KKgift reserves the right to cancel your eligibility to use the redeem code.

  • The event organizer and KKgift reserve the right to modify, change, or terminate the event. In the event of any ambiguity regarding the use of the redeem code, the final interpretation shall be made by the organizer.
