1. Minors under 18 or children must be accompanied by an adult; unaccompanied minors or children are not permitted to join the tour.
2. For the safety of pregnant travelers, those who are more than 24 weeks pregnant by the end of the tour are not permitted to join.
3. Hotels offer various room types, such as one King/Queen bed or two Double beds. We guarantee the number of rooms booked but cannot guarantee specific room types, locations, or bed configurations; arrangements are subject to availability upon check-in.
4. We do not accept or facilitate room sharing with strangers. Please book the room type and quantity corresponding to the actual number of travelers.
5. Each hotel has its own policy for security deposits (usually processed and refunded via credit card). Guests are required to comply with the specific regulations of each hotel.
6. Smoking is prohibited on the tour vehicle. Smoking is also prohibited in the vast majority of hotel rooms. Hotel cleaning staff are professionally trained, and security personnel are equipped to document evidence. If smoking is detected, the guest will be responsible for any cleaning fees incurred. Please use designated smoking areas if you need to smoke.
7. Pets and other animals are not permitted on the tour.
8. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the tour midway, please notify us in advance and obtain the tour guide's consent. You will be required to sign a departure agreement. Any remaining parts of the itinerary will be considered as voluntarily forfeited, and no refund will be provided for the tour fee.
9. Guests are not permitted to use their own tickets or City Pass.
10. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver reserves the right to adjust the order of sightseeing, duration of stay, or meeting times based on weather, traffic, or other conditions to ensure the smooth operation of the itinerary.
11. In the event that an attraction is temporarily closed or closed for holidays, the tour guide may adjust the itinerary to include exterior viewing or substitute other attractions to ensure the richness of the trip. Opening hours and visitor flow control for attractions and national parks change from time to time; please understand that we are not responsible for impacts caused by such force majeure factors.
12. To ensure a smooth and complete itinerary, guests are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting times provided by the tour guide. If you are more than ten minutes late, the vehicle will depart without you. We cannot guarantee on-time arrival at pick-up/drop-off locations due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war, or terrorist attacks. We are not responsible for any inconvenience or additional costs (such as flights, trains, buses, or other travel expenses) resulting from such delays.
13. Children under eight years old must use a safety seat, with a rental fee of USD$10.00/person/day. Please be sure to note this when booking so we can prepare in advance. Any violations or fines resulting from a guest's failure to notify us in advance will be the guest's responsibility. Please understand that if a large bus is provided on the day of travel, a safety seat may not be required, and the fee can be refunded.
14. During the trip, you may be transferred to a different vehicle and assigned a different tour guide and driver.
15. The following tips will help you check in faster and more smoothly: Please carry a valid photo ID and present your printed or electronic itinerary.
16. Please note that the effect of maple leaf viewing is subject to natural climate conditions.

A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
