Guests must be between 100 cm and 195 cm tall to use this facility.

Children between 100 cm and 140 cm in height must be accompanied by an adult guest who is 140 cm or taller and sit in the adjacent seat. The adult guest shall bear full responsibility for the child's care and conduct in order to be allowed to ride.

For safety reasons, guests weighing more than 136 kg are not permitted to use this facility.

Any guest with mobility impairment must be able to board the ride independently or with the assistance of a companion or friend in order to ride.

Guests with any of the following conditions should not board this ride: pregnant women, those with heart disease, those with back or neck pain, those who have an adverse reaction to flashing effects, those with claustrophobia, or those under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

To ensure you have the best and safest experience while riding this attraction:

Please remain seated at all times.

Please ensure that your seatbelt is properly fastened;

Before the ride starts, please keep any easily detachable personal belongings safe and ensure that your hands are free while riding; do not hold any items.

Please ensure that your personal belongings are placed in the storage compartment under your seat;

Please keep both hands within the cockpit area and do not touch any moving parts.

The following are prohibited on this facility: bringing food or drinks, taking photos or videos while riding, smoking, and wearing loose clothing (such as long scarves) that may fall off, pop out, or be caught/wrapped in moving parts.

Please keep your personal belongings safe. Our company is not responsible for any items lost within the facilities.

Chasing is prohibited on the field.

Guests shall pay or reimburse the Company for any damage caused to the facilities. In the event of irreparable damage, guests shall indemnify the Company for the loss.

In an emergency, the evacuation system will be activated; for your safety, please evacuate according to the instructions of the staff on site.

The company reserves the right to refuse entry or require any guest to leave if their behavior is inappropriate, disorderly, or poses a threat to security, safety, or enjoyment of the performance, or if the company reasonably suspects that they may adversely affect the safety and health of other guests or staff. For such guests, ticket refunds or exchanges will be issued in accordance with the ticket sales terms and conditions.

For security reasons, guests will be subject to security checks before entering the venue, and any bags, parcels or other personal items may need to be opened for inspection.

All matters and disputes, including but not limited to the interpretation of these terms and conditions, shall be subject to the Company's final decision.

In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
