Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- The event will generally proceed rain or shine. However, it may be canceled in the event of thunderstorms, strong winds, or typhoons. In such cases, there will be no cancellation fee. If the event is canceled, we will contact you.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- Your safety is our top priority. If the rules are not followed or if we deem the situation dangerous, we will immediately cancel the activity. In that case, no refunds will be given, so please understand this in advance.
Other special notes:
- This activity takes place under conditions with many uncertain factors, such as weather. During the activity, please follow the instructions and guidance of the staff. If you do not follow the instructions of the management staff due to a lack of manners, you may be asked to leave. In that case, the activity fee will not be refunded. In the event of intentional damage to equipment, you may be charged for the cost of repair or restoration. No refunds will be given for cancellations or changes after the start. If the activity is deemed unsafe due to sudden changes in weather such as heavy rain, strong winds, or lightning, it may be temporarily suspended or canceled. For safety reasons, participation is generally not permitted for pregnant women or those showing signs of pregnancy. If you feel unwell during the activity, please be sure to inform a staff member. Please be careful not to injure your hands or feet in the sea, on tetrapods, or on rocky areas.
Reminders
Ages of participation: 12 to 60 years old
Regarding clothing and belongings: Please come wearing your swimsuit. Life jackets and other necessary equipment are provided free of charge, so please do not worry. Since we will be meeting at the location, there are no lockers for storing your belongings. Please manage your valuables yourself.
Regarding rental items: We do not rent out swimwear.
Duration Comments: • Lecture and explanation: Approximately 5 minutes • Flyboarding: Approximately 20 minutes • Wakeboarding: Approximately 20 minutes • Activity exchange: Approximately 5 minutes (Approximately 1 hour for one participant)

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
