Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• If the wave height within the reef exceeds 2 meters, if the wind speed exceeds 12 meters, if a thunderstorm warning is issued, if a high wave warning is issued, if a heavy rain warning is issued, or if any other event is deemed to pose a safety risk, the reef will be shut down.

Regarding your health condition *For the safe operation of the tour, please fill in "Question 3 of the Booking Questions" if any of the following apply to you. ・You have been drinking alcohol before participating, or are hungover. ・You have a fever, diarrhea, general malaise, chest pain, etc. ・You have a pre-existing condition such as heart disease, high blood pressure, hyperlipidemia, or diabetes. ・You may lose consciousness due to epilepsy, etc. ・You have a respiratory illness such as asthma, pneumothorax, etc. ・You are pregnant. ・You are taking regular medication, or have taken medication immediately before the tour. ・You have allergies. ・There are matters that require special consideration regarding physical function, vision, hearing, etc. ・There are matters that require special consideration for safety due to developmental or intellectual characteristics, etc. ・There are matters that may affect safety during the activity, such as being prone to severe anxiety or panic. ・There are other matters that the staff should be aware of in advance.
