*Infants under 3 years old are free. No seats will be provided. Children of infant age will be charged a child fare if they require a seat.
Participation with baby strollers or wheelchairs is not possible.
*If you are participating during your trip to Hokkaido/Sapporo, please refrain from participating on the last day of your trip.
(There is no compensation for bus delays.)
*If you are late for the departure time, the bus will depart without waiting. Please note that no refund will be given in that case.
*Voucher is valid only on the day of departure. We do not offer cash refunds.
*Please do not leave trash on the bus and take it home or hotel with you.
*It is possible to leave the group at each stopover point. There is no refund of money and no guarantee after leaving the tour.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
