[Regarding baggage privileges]

Each person may bring one piece of luggage free of charge. Any additional luggage can be paid 2000 yen per piece to the driver/guide on-site. Please be sure to indicate the number of luggage items when placing your order. If you do not inform the driver/guide in advance, the driver/guide has the right to refuse you boarding, and the tour fee will not be refunded.

[Regarding driver/guide services]

Driver-guide service: Small group tours of 4–13 people;

Driver + tour guide service: Bus tour of 14–45 people, subject to adjustment based on the number of participants on the day of departure.

The driver/guide's primary role is driving, with narration as a secondary function.

[Regarding late arrivals and refunds]

The day trip is a shared ride service. If you are late at the meeting point or attraction, the vehicle will depart on time. There will be no waiting and no refund.

[Regarding the meeting point]

Please be sure to confirm the meeting point before departure. It is recommended to arrive early to avoid missing the departure time.

This is a shared ride trip. To ensure the rights of all passengers and the smooth running of the trip, we will depart on time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will not wait for latecomers. Once the meeting point is confirmed, please do not change it. If you are unable to board the vehicle due to a change of meeting point for personal reasons, no refund will be issued.

Due to the long journey, the actual arrival time may be affected by factors such as traffic and weather. The time shown is only an estimate. [Regarding itinerary adjustments]

This product may be subject to change due to weather or other factors. For safety reasons, staff have the right to ask guests to cease outdoor activities and will communicate with you to make alternative arrangements, subject to the actual situation on the day.

Transportation, sightseeing, and stopover times during the trip are subject to change based on actual conditions on the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather conditions, etc.), the tour guide may reasonably adjust the order of sightseeing with the consent of the guests, without reducing the number of attractions.

[Regarding leaving the group midway]

Early departure or leaving the group midway through the tour is not permitted. If you choose to leave the group midway, the uncompleted portion will be considered a voluntary abandonment, and no refund will be given. Regarding force majeure

Due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowds, arrival times may vary. The tour guide reserves the right to adjust or shorten the itinerary on-site, and refunds will not be issued based on such adjustments.

Please understand that if traffic congestion causes delays, our company will not bear any subsequent costs incurred.

We will do our best to assist with the arrangements, but as this is a shared tour, seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. [About the vehicle model]

Please keep your personal belongings safe and avoid carrying valuables. You will be responsible for any loss or damage.

[Bus Riding Regulations]

Eating strongly scented foods and ice cream is prohibited on the bus. If personal actions cause damage or soiling to the equipment on the bus, compensation will be charged according to the actual repair or cleaning costs incurred by the bus company.

Infants under three years old can participate for free, but must inform customer service in advance and complete the remarks. If you do not travel on the dates specified in your order, or change your travel dates without authorization and request to use the services, the merchant has the right to charge an additional 100% of the order amount on-site, or refuse to provide the services.
