Regarding cancellation of the event:

• Cancellations due to bad weather may be deemed a waiver without incurring cancellation fees. 1. Severe weather (strong winds, heavy rain, heavy snow, major earthquakes, etc.) causing traffic paralysis, such as the suspension, halting, or closure of Shinkansen, conventional trains, expressways, public roads, and ski resort lifts. 2. Dense fog that obscures visibility at the field. 3. Strong winds causing violent waves or a significant risk of lightning for lake activities. 4. If a slip and fall occurs on snowy roads between the meeting point and the ski resort or target field, resulting in traffic paralysis, or if ski resort lifts are suspended, making it impossible to reach the field. 5. If heavy rainfall is deemed inappropriate by staff in charge. (The decision is made by our company, not the participant.) 6. If a fever of 37.5°C or higher is detected during a temperature check at the meeting point. 7. If a staff member is identified as infected with COVID-19 or has been in close contact with someone infected, or if there is suspicion of such infection, they are suspended from work due to fever or other reasons. (We are taking every possible measure to ensure the health of both our staff and ourselves, but we ask for your understanding in the unlikely event that an emergency occurs.)
