This tour is primarily a local tour for Japanese tourists. While the tour guide will communicate in Japanese, necessary information will be provided in written form in English and Chinese. In case of emergencies, translation apps on tablet devices will be used.
Bookings are accepted for groups of two or more people aged 6 or older. (No shared rooms available), and the price is the same for children and adults.
At the meeting point, a staff member will be waiting for you holding a "Hankyu Travel" sign (board or flag). Please confirm the course name and complete the registration using the name of the group representative. Please note that registration will only be completed once all members of your group have arrived.
The above schedule may be subject to change or delays in return to the departure point due to transportation issues such as buses, weather, local conditions, and road conditions. / Depending on weather conditions, you may not be able to see the snow scenery. / On the day of departure, the bus company may be changed due to bus malfunction or the driver's health (we are not liable for changes due to these reasons). Also, the meeting time is in Japan Standard Time and must be strictly observed. Even if a customer does not appear at the meeting time, neither our company nor the tour guide will contact the customer, and the tour will depart as scheduled.
This course includes a final itinerary (which details the exact departure time and date). It will be sent to you via KKDAY 5-7 days before departure.
All seats on JR limited express trains and Shinkansen are non-smoking. / The JR limited express train and Shinkansen you will board will be the designated train (at the designated time) within the indicated time frame, and we cannot accommodate your preferences. / Depending on the number of participants, you may be seated with other passengers or in front of or behind each other on the train or bus. We cannot accept requests for specific seats. / If you do not use the designated train or miss it due to your own circumstances, your train ticket and limited express ticket will become invalid. You will need to purchase new train tickets and limited express tickets yourself. You will be responsible for the cost of these replacements.
Lunch and dinner on day 1 and lunch on day 2 are not included in the tour price, so please make your own arrangements. (For lunch on day 1, please prepare your own meal and eat it on the JR train. For dinner, please have it at the festival venue. For dinner on day 2, please have it at a stopover location.)
[Regarding bringing suitcases] When traveling by tour bus, you may check in one suitcase per person (up to 70L size) in the bus's luggage compartment.
[Regarding the Summer Festival] ◆The festival may be canceled or its contents may be changed at the request of the national or local government. Please understand this before applying. ◆In case of rain, the festival will be canceled (it will proceed in light rain). As the decision will be made on the day, the tour will proceed. In that case, there will be no refund for the viewing seats. ◆The type of viewing seats (chair seats or box seats) and location will be left to our discretion. We will not be able to answer inquiries before departure. The tour guide will inform you on the day. ◆We may arrive at the festival venue early, and the sun may be strong during the day. Please bring a sun hat to protect yourself from heatstroke and be sure to stay hydrated. ◆Due to traffic restrictions on the day, arrival at the hotel will be late at night. Also, the hotel arrival time may vary depending on traffic conditions, etc. ◆Due to the working hours of the bus crew, you may have to wait at the station or after checking out of the hotel until the departure time. Also, the hotel departure time listed in the itinerary may vary. ◆Due to traffic restrictions during the "Aomori Nebuta Festival" and "Aomori Nebuta Sea Parade," you will need to walk from the bus parking area to your viewing area (approximately 30 minutes one way). Also, the venue will be extremely crowded, so please wear comfortable shoes.
