Upon arrival at the jeep base camp near Mount Batur, you will meet your local jeep driver-guide. The quiet surroundings, cool temperature, and volcanic silhouette create a dramatic atmosphere.
Hop into a 4WD jeep and begin ascending the volcanic terrain of Mount Batur. The route passes rugged paths and solidified lava flows from past eruptions, offering a thrilling yet comfortable ride.
Arrive at a carefully chosen sunrise viewpoint just as the sky begins to change color. Watch the sun slowly rise above the mountains, lighting up Lake Batur and the surrounding landscape.
