Booking Information:

1. This tour includes a tour guide.

The service language is Chinese (Mandarin).

3. The minimum number of participants for this tour is 6. If the minimum number of participants cannot be reached, you will be notified by email (Japan time) before 12:00 noon 3 days before departure, and we will discuss changing the activity date or providing a full refund by phone or email.

4. Reservations must be made at 18:00 (Japan time) one day in advance.

5. Applicable age: Adults [12 years and above (inclusive)], children [3-11 years and above (inclusive)], children under 3 years old are free (no seat provided, please purchase a child ticket if a seat is required).

How to use:

1. A confirmation email will be automatically sent after the order is confirmed.

2. Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes in advance and show your reservation slip (printed copy or mobile phone screen) at the boarding point on the day of the tour to join the tour.

Precautions:

The bus will depart on time. Please arrive at the meeting point no later than 10 minutes before departure. No refunds will be given for late arrivals due to personal reasons that prevent you from joining the tour. Please note.

• According to Japanese law, the use of vehicles cannot exceed 10 hours. Therefore, the tour guide may adjust the itinerary according to the actual situation on the day. Thank you for your understanding.

We will try our best to arrange seating, but as this is a shared tour, seating is primarily allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any special requests, please let us know in the remarks section, and we will do our best to arrange suitable seating for you. The final arrangement will be subject to the coordination of the tour guide on the day. We hope to receive your understanding and patience, and thank you for your consideration.

• As this day trip involves shared transportation, please make sure you arrive at the meeting point or attraction on time. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, and you will be responsible for any unexpected costs and liabilities incurred due to your lateness. Thank you for your understanding.

• In the event of severe weather or other force majeure events, the park may adjust the operating hours of rides or show times without prior notice, or even cancel the operation of some rides and shows. We appreciate your understanding.

• This product may be subject to adjustment based on weather and other factors. For your safety, staff have the right to ask guests to cease outdoor activities and will communicate with you to make alternative arrangements, subject to the actual situation on the day.

• The transportation, sightseeing, and stay times involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual situation on the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather conditions, etc.), the tour guide may reasonably adjust the order of sightseeing without reducing the number of attractions in the itinerary, based on the actual situation and with the consent of the guests.

• Each guest may bring a maximum of one piece of luggage free of charge. Please note this in the "Special Requests" section when placing your order. Failure to inform us one day in advance may result in overcrowding in the carriage and affect driving safety. • During the group tour, early departure or leaving the group midway is not permitted. If you choose to leave the group midway, the uncompleted portion will be considered a voluntary abandonment, and no refund will be given. You will be solely responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving the group; your understanding is appreciated.

• Seasonal events (such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flowering periods, lighting and fireworks festivals, snowscape tours, hot spring seasons, festivals, etc.) are greatly affected by climate, weather, or other force majeure factors, and specific arrangements may be adjusted. Therefore, please refer to official announcements for the most up-to-date information. If we do not receive official notification of event cancellation, we will proceed according to the original plan. However, if the flowering period or special events cannot meet expectations, no refunds will be issued. Please be aware of this.

• Due to the long travel distance, the actual arrival time may be affected by factors such as traffic and weather. The above times are only estimates. Please avoid scheduling other activities after the day's itinerary. Our company will not be liable for any losses caused by delays. Thank you for your understanding.

Guests with tattoos are not allowed to enter the onsen facilities; please use the family-run onsen at your own expense.

• Our company will not inform you of the tour guide and vehicle information in advance. Please meet at the designated time and place.
