We recommend arriving at the airport 90-120 minutes after flight arrival for transfers from the airport (with a 30-minute free waiting time), and 2-3 hours before flight departure for transfers to the airport (with a 15-minute free waiting time).
Information about the driver and vehicle will be sent by 23:00 (Japan time) the day before your trip, so please pay attention to the message.
When making a reservation, please enter accurate information such as your address.
If your transfer cannot be arranged due to incorrect information, your reservation will be considered void and no refunds will be given.
The driver will arrive at the meeting point at the appointed time, so if you arrive early please wait there. If you leave the meeting point it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be given.
To ensure the safety of the trip, the local operator reserves the right to change the vehicle. We will endeavor to notify you in advance, but there may be special circumstances where we are unable to notify you in time. In such cases, your boarding will be deemed as your consent to the change of vehicle.
If you have any concerns, please do not ride and contact customer service immediately. In the event that these Terms conflict with any other terms, these Terms shall take precedence.
Please provide a mobile phone number where you can be contacted within Japan. Please note that we cannot provide refunds if we are unable to contact you. (You may not be able to use your mobile phone while the driver is driving.)
You cannot change the boarding time or location the day before or on the day of your flight. If your flight is delayed, please contact customer service immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request (excess waiting time fees will apply).
If we are unable to transport you due to an airline delay or other reason, we will not be able to provide a refund, but we can provide you with details of the fees for airline compensation.
Booster seats only available (ages 3-6; due to limited stock, we cannot guarantee availability).
Japanese law requires that children under the age of 6 must use child seats. However, our company vehicles are exempt from the child seat requirement, so adults must fasten their seat belts and hold children under the age of 3 in their arms while riding.
If you wish to use the service late at night (22:00-05:00), an additional 2,000 yen will be charged to the driver on-site.
If the number of passengers or luggage does not match the information provided at the time of booking, or if the number of passengers exceeds the capacity, the driver has the right to refuse transportation without refund.
Please refrain from eating or drinking inside the vehicle as it will cause inconvenience to other passengers. If the vehicle is soiled, a cleaning fee, a late fee, and any subsequent delays or cancellation fees for reservations will be charged.
Local carrier customer service is available from 09:00 to 18:00 (Japan time).
For your safety, please fasten your seat belt.
Please keep your valuables and fragile items safe and secure. We cannot provide compensation for any damage.
Reminders
To accommodate baggage claim and flight delays, we recommend the following pickup times:
① International flights: 90 to 120 minutes after arrival
②Domestic flights: 30 to 60 minutes after arrival (30 minutes of free waiting time)
Please enter the exact name and address of the pick-up location. We will send you information about the driver and vehicle, as well as a map of the meeting location, by 11:00 PM the day before your trip.
Name display service upon pick-up is not included (if you require this service, please let us know in the comments section when booking. There will be an additional charge of 2,000 yen)
If you wish to change the meeting time or location, please contact us at least two days before the scheduled date of use. Changes made the day before or on the day may not be possible.
Please let us know the exact flight you are taking.
Please make sure to confirm whether your pick-up time is morning or afternoon before making a reservation. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate changes made the day before or on the day of your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 90% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
