• Product Detail: The SIM card provided with this product is a [Chunghwa Telecom 4G unlimited data SIM card]. The amount of call time varies by plan. Please select a plan according to your needs. Once the SIM card is collected, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, so please confirm the collection time before booking
  
• Eligibility: Each traveler is eligible to redeem only one SIM card per passport and must be 18 or older. Travelers under 18 may purchase SIM cards upon arrival at a Chunghwa Telecom official store in Taiwan
  
• SIM Card Specs: This SIM card supports frequencies of 900 MHz, 2600 MHz, 2100 MHz, and 1800 MHz and comes as a 3-in-1 card. The SIM requires an unlocked phone that supports a physical SIM card. Locked devices or those using GSM on Chinese networks are not supported
  

— Required Documents —

• Please prepare two forms of identification to pick up the product, as detailed below: [Mainland Chinese Travelers] (1) Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents + Taiwan Entry Permit (2) Chinese Passport + Mainland Travel Permit

• [Travelers of Other Nationalities] (1) Passport + Entry Stamp (2) Passport + National Driver’s License (3) Passport + Visa (4) Passport + APEC Business Travel Card 

*If you need an entry/exit stamp in your passport, please proceed to the National Immigration Agency counter after immigration clearance.

— Real-Name Verification Process —

1. Fill in your email, order number, and ID details. Upload two selected ID photos → supplementary information is not required, please only fill in this part if notified to → check the required agreements → check the entry date → provide a clear and legible digital signature → submit
   
2. After submission, you will receive a QR code for redemption
   
3. If the verification fails because the information does not match the system requirement or does not pass the risk assessment, you will need to submit a screenshot to customer service for an online refund
   
4. Upon arrival in Taiwan, present your QR code and 2 ID documents at the designated counter to verify your identity and redeem your SIM card. The SIM card will be bound to your device and activated on the spot
   
5. Once you have received your SIM card, please install and test it at the counter to ensure it functions properly. If your phone does not meet the required specifications leading to the SIM card not being functional, no refunds or exchanges will be provided
   

— Important Notes —

• Pickup counters at T1 and T2 are open from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm
  
• Inspect items at pickup, as complaints cannot be addressed after leaving the counter
  
• Network quality may vary based on factors such as terrain, weather, building obstructions, and network congestion

• The card can be topped up at any convenience store in Taiwan with a minimum of NTD300. Unused balance will not be refunded after the validity period
  
• In accordance with Taiwan’s NCC regulations, all SIM cards (physical or eSIM) for visitors require real-name verification. To save time, complete the online registration and verification before arriving in Taiwan, avoiding the need to copy IDs, fill out forms, and take pictures at the service counter
  

How to Use Your Voucher

• The e-voucher will be sent to your email inbox. Please exchange it for physical tickets at the designated location

Validity Period

• Valid for use within 10year(s) from the date of issue; Invalid after expiration
• Cancellation is available before the voucher is redeemed
