Travelers are recommended to prepare their own lunch and water.
Skydiving time is dependent on weather on the day of the tour. Please avoid arranging other activities on the same day. If the weather permits, the tour will end in 2 to 4 hrs. If the weather is adverse, please follow instructions from the on-site staff at all times and wait for the weather to turn good. Please cooperate patiently to avoid any accidents. In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling or full refunds will be granted.
For safety reasons, travelers must provide their weight info when booking, travelers who fail to do so will not be allowed to board the airplane and refunds will not be offered.
All travelers must sign the liability agreement in advance and agree to all the terms and conditions. If the agreement is unsigned or the traveler does not meet any of the set requirement, the traveler will not be allowed to participate in this tour and refunds will not be granted.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–5 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
