  • If the activity time includes the 12:00 am-1:00 pm or 7:00 pm-8:00 pm slots, a meal fee of ₩10,000 should be paid on-site to the guide
  • When booking, please ensure to inform us about your desired meeting time, location, and itinerary. If you have any specific requests regarding the guide's gender or other special requirements, please inform us beforehand
  • Please provide your email and messenger app ID for easy communication
  • This guide is solely responsible for tourism-related services. If you require the guide to provide services related to business, medical, or professional interpretation, an extra service fee of at least ₩100,000 is required. Please email us for detailed information

Reminders

  • A minimum of 1 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date

  • In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 17:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

  • Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance to avoid any inconvenience. If you are 10-15 minutes late, contact the guide and inform them. The tour will continue, but the delay will be counted within the 4-hour guide time

  • If you are more than 10-15 minutes late, please contact the guide to inform them. The tour will proceed, but the delay will be counted within the 4-hour guide time

  • If you do not show up within 20 minutes of the agreed time, the guide will leave and no refund will be provided

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
