• According to Taiwanese law, children under age 4 are required infant car beds or car seats; children ages 4 and over and under 120 cm are recommended to use a booster car seat, please provide the birthdate, height, and weight of your child in the "Requests & Remarks" section. Please note that each requires an additional NT$300, to be paid on-site
  
• An additional surcharge of NT$1000 applies, for pick-ups before 8:00 am or drop-offs after 10:00 pm
• An additional surcharge of NT$1000 applies, for pick-ups or drop-offs at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport. Please note the flight info in the booking
• The Gold Museum service hours: opened daily from 9:30 am - 5:00 pm, closed on the 1st Monday of every month
• Yehliu Geopark is open daily from 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Shifen Waterfall opening hours:
  - June to September: 9:00am - 6:00pm, last entry: 5:30pm
  - October to May: 9:00am - 5:00pm, last entry: 4:30pm
• In the event of overtime rentals due to traffic congestion, a surcharge will still apply, regardless of natural causes or traffic regulation

• For travelers who booked the Korean-speaking driver package, a Korean or Chinese-speaking driver and Korean-speaking guide will be provided

• Please note that each car seat will take up 1 adult seating, for travelers requesting for 2 car seats or more, please book the 9-seater car package

• Please note that certain behaviors should be avoided on the vehicle due to the fact that they will cause inconvenience for other travelers, such as eating, drinking, smoking, applying sunscreen, kicking the back of the driver’s seat, spitting out the window or littering. Sickness bag is available, please ask for it from the driver when needed. Any damages caused in the car will incur a compensation fee, to be paid on-site in cash

• Jiufen Old Street
  The most striking feature is undoubtedly the historic street area. As night falls, red lanterns illuminate the ancient stone steps, complementing the warm glow from local homes. The entire Jiufen hillside town becomes steeped in a rich traditional ambiance.
  
• Shifen Waterfall
  Located in the Pingxi District of New Taipei City, Shifen is known for the scenic Shifen Waterfall, formed by years of riverbed erosion from the nearby tributary of the Keelung River. Along the railway, homes line both sides, and strolling through the old street evokes a strong sense of nostalgia and classical charm.
  
• Pingxi
  Pingxi District is famous for attractions like Pingxi Old Street, Shifen Old Street, and Jingtong Old Street. The area is best known for its sky lantern culture and coal mining heritage. During the Lantern Festival, a grand sky lantern release event draws visitors from home and abroad, reinforcing Pingxi’s iconic association with lanterns. Although coal mining was once the economic backbone of the area, its remnants now serve as natural tourist attractions.
  
• Keelung Night Market
  The street food culture at Keelung Miaokou traces back to the Japanese colonial era. Named after the "Dianji Temple" (also called "Shengwang Temple") located at its entrance, the night market features a wide variety of renowned street foods such as shaved ice, Ding Bian Cuo (rice noodle soup), nutrient sandwiches, oyster omelets, shrimp soup, bean noodle soup, tempura, and more. Visitors seeking to taste authentic local flavors should not miss this vibrant spot.
  
• Jiufen Teahouses
  As Jiufen, the former gold mining town, regained attention, the opening of its first arts and culture teahouse sparked a new trend of "having tea in Jiufen." This led to a competitive boom in the local teahouse industry, with more than twenty unique establishments springing up, each showcasing its own character. Today, sipping tea in Jiufen has become an iconic leisure activity.
