The standard service hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. If the service exceeds these hours or the trip lasts more than 10 hours, overtime pay will apply. Please pay the driver in cash on the same day: 2500 yen for half an hour and 5000 yen for one hour.
The driver will communicate with the passenger to adjust the itinerary based on the actual traffic conditions to minimize the need for overtime pay due to traffic jams or other factors.
Location changes are allowed up to one day in advance. The fee will be based on the distance between the original and modified locations.
To request a change of pick-up/drop-off time, please submit your request at least 48 hours in advance. Requests submitted after this time may not be accepted, and refunds or order cancellations will not be possible.
The maximum mileage limit is 100 kilometers within the city and 300 kilometers outside the city. For distances exceeding these limits, an additional 100 yen will be charged per kilometer, payable in cash to the driver on the day of travel.
In the event of an emergency such as a passenger vomiting inside the vehicle, a cleaning fee ranging from 20,000 to 50,000 yen will be charged, depending on the circumstances.
Customer service is available 24 hours a day (responding within 2 hours). Drivers will reply to messages between 8:00 and 20:00. However, for safety reasons while driving, there may be a delay in replying to messages. Thank you for your understanding.
The driver will contact you at least 24 hours before departure and provide you with the vehicle number. The driver will wait for you at the time and place you specify.
The driver will not accompany you into the scenic area. An additional fee will be charged if needed. Please contact customer service for details.
After the free waiting time has expired, the driver will continue to wait, and no refund will be issued if the passenger does not appear.
Eating and drinking are not allowed inside the vehicle. If the vehicle is soiled, a fee will be charged according to the driver's judgment.
If there are uncontrollable situations such as flight cancellations or significant delays that are not related to the customer, you must notify and consult customer service as soon as possible and provide relevant proof. If the situation is reasonable, we can reschedule or cancel your flight.
Depending on the traffic and weather conditions of the day, the driver may suggest changes to the itinerary or the length of stay to ensure a smooth and comfortable journey.
