- This is not a priority admission ticket. You will be asked to wait in line to enter, so it may take some time before you can enter.
- Re-entry is not permitted. There are no restrooms in the building, so please use them beforehand.
- Advance tickets do not require a designated time. You can enter at any time within the validity period.
- Please note that we may limit admission or ask you to enter at staggered times depending on how crowded the museum is on the day. Even customers with advance tickets may have to wait. Thank you for your understanding.
- Children of elementary school age or younger are not allowed to enter alone. They must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or older. In this case, the guardian will also be charged the admission fee.
