This was my first time renting a car in Okinawa, and I chose this company on KKday. The option to contact them via Line was convenient, although the staff didn't speak Chinese. You could communicate using basic English and translation software. The company provided Chinese instructions for tourists. Their cars were new and easy to drive, making it great value for money.
The weather was beautiful during our trip, and the endless sea in Okinawa was absolutely stunning. Our tour guide, Emi, provided excellent service and used a Line group chat to minimize waiting times for our group members. The day trip was great value for money, and I would definitely book it again for my next trip.
Buying vouchers in advance for redemption is very convenient. Personally, I prefer this place to Miramar, especially since you can touch the mini pigs and ducks – it's really fun! Adults thought it was great, let alone big and small kids. Even the sweet potato balls at the stall inside were delicious! Highly recommended! A small reminder: ice cream can't be redeemed at every branch; there are limited-time locations. So, we only found out we couldn't redeem it after arriving at the airport and preparing to leave. Therefore, I suggest finding a branch that allows redemption early!
Because there were so many people, we were lucky enough to be part of a small group of Taiwanese people and travel in a small 9-seater vehicle. The customer service staff and our guide, Momo, were both very nice. Momo is Chinese, so our conversations in Mandarin were very smooth. She also shared information about transportation to Senaga Island, allowing us to get there smoothly even without prior planning. At each photo spot, she proactively took photos for us and even gave us DMM and ice cream coupons. It's a very comfortable option if you're not driving.
This was our second visit to this aquarium, and the experience was quite different from our first, even though it was less than a year later. 1. The feeding experience now includes many different animals. Last time we fed sloths and penguins. This time we fed call ducks, musk pigs, and owls. 2. There was a Chinese-speaking staff member who explained how to book the feeding experience after we bought our tickets. 3. The font and characters used were all Traditional Chinese, not Simplified Chinese, which surprised and delighted us. 4. Although it's only two floors and not very large, it's very well-designed, with no wasted walkways or exhibits. 5. The experience of touching the starfish, sea urchins, and stingrays is unique; don't miss it (the signs are a bit unclear and easy to miss).
The meeting point for the bus is near the Ryutama Department Store, which is very close to the monorail station. We'll have lunch at the Itoman Fish Market; there are many restaurants there, offering home-style dishes with generous portions. The drop-off point is a bit of a distance from Senaga Island, and it's a little wasteful to spend so much time sitting near the drop-off point with elderly relatives.
