- Service hours: 10 hours between 8:00-20:00.
- The 10 hours starts from the time specified by the guest. If the guest is late, the driver will wait and the late time will be included in the service time. If the waiting time exceeds one hour and the contact cannot be made, the driver will leave and no refund will be given.
- If the guest is late and cannot complete the trip, he/she can discuss with the driver to shorten the trip or extend the service time. If the latter is chosen, the overtime fee will be paid.

Overtime fee
If the service exceeds the specified 10 hours between the normal service hours (8:00-20:00), an overtime fee of 6,000 yen per hour will be charged. Overtime caused by factors such as lateness or traffic jams will still be charged at this rate.
Additional charges for private customized single-day or multi-day trips
When choosing a private, customized one-day or multi-day itinerary, the guest shall pay for expenses such as highway tolls, parking fees, and driver accommodation fees.

If the date and time change, please contact us at least one week in advance.
In the event of uncontrollable circumstances such as natural disasters that are not related to the customer, you can apply for a free refund or free rescheduling. Please contact customer service as soon as possible.
In cases not caused by force majeure, please contact customer service 3 days in advance to discuss a solution.
Eating and drinking are allowed inside the carriage, but ice cream and drinks without lids are not permitted. If you soil the carriage, the driver has the right to charge you for cleaning.
If you wish to pick up or drop off outside of Fukuoka, please be aware that the time for the vehicle to return to Fukuoka will be deducted from your rental time.
