This tour is a local tour mainly for Japanese people. The tour conductor will speak Japanese, but necessary instructions will be provided in written form in English/Chinese. In addition, in the event of an emergency, we will use translation apps on tablet devices to assist you.
We can provide guidance in English and French using translation tools.
At the meeting point, staff holding a "Hankyu Travel" sign (board or flag) will be waiting for you. Please confirm the course name and complete the check-in process using the name of the group representative. Also, check-in will be processed only after all participants have arrived.
This tour does not include a guide. The tour conductor will manage the itinerary but will not provide sightseeing guidance.
Depending on the number of participants, you may be required to share a seat or be assigned to front and back seats on the bus and at the lunch venue. Thank you for your understanding.
Children aged 6 to under 12 years are charged the same rate as adults. For children aged 3 to under 6 years, only a bus seat will be provided. Other expenses such as meals and travel costs during the tour are not included.
The bus company may change on the day of departure due to a malfunction of the bus or the driver's health condition (we are not responsible for any changes due to these reasons).

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
