2. Green Island tours depart daily, with a one-way trip taking approximately 50 minutes. Please refer to the ferry company's announcement for the exact departure times.
3. Accommodation type is arranged according to the departure fee. During peak season, please cooperate with the local check-in and check-out times (check-in at 3:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM).
4. Snorkeling is provided with full equipment insurance and qualified instructors. Motorcycles are mainly 125cc. Please prepare a Taiwanese motorcycle driver's license. Foreign tourists must also prepare an international motorcycle driver's license.
5. If any activity is not participated in on the day of departure for the package tour, it will be considered as a waiver, and no refund or deduction for other paid activities will be allowed.
6. Please provide your insurance information by fax or email (name/ID number/date of birth/address) before departure to ensure your rights.
7. It is recommended to prepare seasickness medication, a large bath towel, swimwear, a swimming cap, sun protection products, and a sun hat for use during the trip.
8. Special meals: vegetarian or Muslim. Please inform us in advance so that we can make arrangements.
9. When preparing your luggage, keep it simple and practical, pack it in separate bags, and do not bring large suitcases on your trip.
10. In case of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, safety should be the priority in coordinating alternative itineraries.
11. Starting January 11, 2021, in order to implement the real-name registration system for ferry passengers, the Ministry of Transportation and Communications has begun conducting identity checks on passengers on outlying island routes at the Tomioka Wharf (for details, please refer to the mechanism for prohibiting those under home quarantine and isolation from taking domestic sea freight flights). All passengers wishing to board the ferry must first have their ID cards checked and stamped by security personnel at the entrance of the waiting room before collecting their tickets, and then proceed to the window to check in and collect their tickets. Stamped verification is required for boarding. Each passenger must present identification upon check-in (domestic passengers carry their original ID card, and foreign passengers carry their passport or residence permit).
12. The price of the discounted ticket for persons with disabilities is the same as that for senior citizens. Please select the senior citizen ticket in the plan. The price of the accompanying person for a person with a disability is also the same as that for a senior citizen, and only one accompanying person is allowed. Please indicate this in the order notes when placing your order. The cruise company will also confirm that the name of the accompanying person is noted in the person's disability handbook.
Discounted tickets (including children aged 6 to under 12, seniors aged 65 and above, and people with disabilities) require identification to be presented when picking up the ticket. The cruise company will verify the identity on-site. If no identification is presented, the ticket will be charged at full price.
Activities and meals on the outlying islands must be booked in advance. If a traveler cancels or fails to attend an activity due to personal reasons, it will be considered a waiver and no refund will be given.
If the trip cannot proceed due to force majeure (such as natural disasters causing traffic disruptions or typhoons preventing the shipping company from operating), the trip can be postponed for up to six months or a full refund will be issued after deducting a NT$100 handling fee.
