I've rented from Zhihang many times; the car prices are relatively cheap, but the car condition is excellent. The service staff are also very professional and friendly. During the car pickup process, a group of foreign guests also needed to pick up their cars, and the staff handled them fluently in English throughout the process—truly impressive. Highly recommended.

Although our itinerary was changed to a quick trip to Green Island due to Typhoon Yangliu, the fact that Asahi Onsen was open in the morning and we could see the sunrise was really exciting and fun! The staff were also very friendly, ensuring we were in a pleasant mood as we entered and exited! There are several pools with different temperatures to choose from. Perhaps because there weren't many early risers, we were able to enjoy the morning tranquility and the sunshine – it was incredibly relaxing and chill!!! I'll definitely visit again next time I'm in Green Island!

The driver knew which scenic spots along the way were worth visiting for photos, and we could ask the driver directly about any restaurants along the way. Due to the northeast monsoon, some scenic spots were cordoned off and we couldn't even get off the car. The driver helped explain to the parking attendant, thus avoiding unnecessary parking fees.

Budget shares booth with Avis. Easy pick up. Staff was patient with many of our questions. Price is lower if you use third party like kkday or klook. We rented the car for one week with full insurance coverage. Please take note if you are involved in an accident, you have to pay upfront to Budget and then claim from kkday. Thankfully, nothing of that sort happened.
