• Activity question: Can I participate if I can’t swim?
  A: Yes! As long as you meet the age requirements of the activity, we provide professional equipment and coaches for the activity.
  
  Q: Can I participate if I am afraid of dizziness?
  A: If you are prone to seasickness, it is recommended that you take seasickness medicine before the activity to avoid seasickness.
  
  Q: Can pregnant women participate in the event?
  Answer: It is prohibited according to laws and regulations.
  
  Q: Can I cancel if I feel uncomfortable or have my period on that day? A: There is no refund if you cancel 0-2 days after the standard activity. If you are afraid of these problems, it is recommended that you apply for a refund during the free period or evaluate the use of tampons on your own.
  
  Q: Are there any age restrictions for the activities? Can young and old people participate?
  A: The recommended age for diving activities is 10 years old to 65 years old. Those over 65 years old can participate only after self-evaluation of their physical condition and approval by the store, and they must sign a waiver.
  
  Q: Can the tour be carried out on rainy days?
  A: No heavy thunderstorms. Normal rain will not affect the itinerary. The more important factor in determining whether the itinerary can be carried out is the wind and waves in the sea, which will affect visibility and the safety of the activities.
  
  Q: When will we be notified whether the activity will be continued or cancelled in case of typhoon or bad sea conditions?
  A: If the store determines that the activity cannot be carried out, they will usually notify you of the cancellation one day in advance. However, if they are still unable to determine, they will confirm whether the sea condition notification is normal on the day of the activity or one hour before the activity. If you are worried that the weather and sea conditions will affect the activity, you can also cancel the order two days in advance.
  
  Q: If the group members do not participate in the activities, will there be other arrangements? Can they go to the sea with us?
  A: You can rest in our store or in the 7-11 50 meters in front of our store, or go to the attractions around our store on your own, or go to the sea with us (but it is not recommended in hot weather).
  
  Q: Will there be photography at the event? Can I bring my own camera?
  A: Photography is not included in the itinerary fee, but Love will prepare cameras for free to help take photos. However, each coach has different angles, quantities and aesthetics. If you want more exquisite photos, you can prepare a waterproof camera to take photos by yourself or ask the coach to take photos for you.
  
  Q: How do I get the photos that Love helped me take?

  Q: Are there lockers or luggage storage?
  A: We have key lockers and also have racks for luggage.
  
  Q: Is there a shower room? Is there hot water for showering in cold weather? Is there a hair dryer?
  A: Our store has them all ready.
  
  Q: Do you have shower gel and shampoo?
  Answer: Energy saving, carbon reduction, ocean protection and marine life protection are not provided by businesses in this area.
  
  Q: Are there towels available for drying after rinsing?
  A: For personal hygiene issues, please bring your own towels or purchase bath towels from our store.
  
  Q: What should I wear and bring to the event?
  A: You can wear a swimsuit, a jellyfish suit or light clothes. You can also bring an extra change of clothes or a woolen towel.
  
  Q: Can I apply sunscreen lotion?
  A: Sunscreen lotion contains benzophenone, which can seriously harm corals and cause bleaching and calcification. To reduce damage to the marine ecosystem, please do not apply it. If you are afraid of the sun, you can wear our matching cold weather clothing or prepare your own long-sleeved swimsuit or jellyfish suit.
  
  Q: How long is the diving time?
  A: The duration of the tour is adjusted according to the characteristics of the tourists and their swimming ability, and is about 50 to 60 minutes (from the start of the water training to leaving the sea area). However, for those with physical problems, considering safety and swimming ability, the duration must be around 30 minutes as the limit.
  
  Q: What can I see while diving? Are there turtles and fish?
  Answer: Penghu is a subtropical sea area with a relatively diverse range of corals and tropical fish. As for the species and quantity of ecosystems, they are subject to uncertainty due to changes in weather, sea conditions, tides, or human interference.
  
  Q: Do I need to register early for the event?
  A: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the show starts.
  
  Q: Where is the registration location?
  A: Penghu Lefu Ocean Workshop (No. 1935, Suogang Village, Magong City). Google Map can provide location guidance.
  
  Q: Is it possible to add additional people to the event?
  A: If the store has a coach who can be dispatched, it can be added on the spot.
• Equipment question: Are diving masks available in degrees? What is the highest degree?
  A: Our store has masks with a degree of 200 to 1200. If you are myopic below 200, you don't need a mask with a degree of myopia, because using a normal mask will have the effect of magnifying 100 to 200 degrees underwater.
  
  Q: Can I wear contact lenses?
  A: Yes, you can.
  
  Q: What are the largest and smallest sizes of cold weather clothing?
  A: Adult sizes range from XS to 5XL, and children's sizes range from L to XS.
• Transportation Question: How do I go to Lefu Ocean Workshop to report? Can you help me with transportation?
  A: Our tour fee does not include pick-up and drop-off. You can choose to rent a motorcycle/car or take public transportation/taxi to check in at Lefu Ocean Workshop.
  
  Q: How do I get to the sea from the registration place? If I take a taxi/public transportation/walk/bicycle or have someone drive me to the registration place, how do I get to the sea from the Carrefour store?
  A: If you rent or bring your own transportation such as a car or motorcycle, you will be led to the sea by a coach. After checking in, if you do not have transportation from our store to the recreational sea area, Lefu will assist in transportation free of charge, but the time and itinerary must be coordinated with Lefu.
  
  Q: Does Le Fu have a parking lot? A: There is an open space for parking in our store, and you can also park legally on both sides of the road outside the store.
  
  Q: Can I see underwater mailboxes while diving?
  A: If there is a specially designated underwater mailbox, the instructor will take you there. However, the mailbox is an art installation and you can choose to go and see it without posting a postcard. However, everyone has different aesthetics, curiosity, and expectations. The underwater mailbox is farther away (about 300 meters) and the ecology you see may not be more diverse. Please consider it yourself if you choose this trip.
  
  Q: Does anyone receive postcards from the underwater mailbox? How often do they receive them? Will they be mailed out? Can I receive them?
  A: The underwater mailbox was established by the Penghu County Government Tourism Office and is managed by the Suogang Community Development Association. The community will entrust divers to send and receive mail, but how often they receive mail depends on weather and sea conditions. Our store only sells postcards on behalf of the community. We cannot guarantee that postcards will be received as scheduled. Considering that postcards may be lost during the activity, or taken away by sea conditions and tides, postal company management and personnel operations, mailing addresses and destination environments, etc., there are too many force majeure factors. Therefore, we are not responsible for compensation. Please understand it yourself before purchasing.
