- Travelers meeting up at MRT Ximen Station, Exit 4 (in front of Hi-Life), must adhere to the designated meeting time for the applicable month. Please wait in front of the Hi-Life convenience store in advance, or contact the on-duty staff ahead of time to confirm the exact meeting time.
- If an attraction is skipped due to traffic, time spent at other attractions will be extended, without prior notice.
- Rainbow Village is closed every Monday; only photos at the exterior wall are permitted.
- In the event of traffic congestion or other unexpected conditions, time spent at each attraction will be adjusted, please follow the on-site staff's instructions.
- Please note that Gaomei Wetlands' wooden walkway may be closed during high tides.
- Travelers are expected to share the car with other fellow travelers, as this is a shared tour.
- Adult ticket prices are applicable to all ages.

This itinerary is for a shared group tour, with carpooling vehicles assigned based on the number of people. You can choose your seat freely, but we cannot guarantee a specific parking space. If booking separately, please indicate your two companions in the order notes.
If the number of participants on the day of the tour is less than 16, a 9-seater vehicle will be used, and no additional tour guide will be arranged; some service staff may use translation software to communicate with passengers. KKday does not offer refunds, please be aware of this before booking.
If the number of participants purchasing an English/Japanese guided tour is less than 16, the tour will be switched to Chinese service. Customer service will notify the travelers one day before departure and refund the language difference. The language difference is TWD 150 for English service and TWD 400 for Japanese service. Please note this before purchasing.

Due to strong winds at the wetlands, please look after your own belongings (i.e. hats, umbrellas, and scarves).
Sandals and a towel are recommended for travelers who wish to step off the walkway into the water.
Please arrive promptly at the designated point 10 to 15 minutes before departure. Refunds and exchanges will not be granted for missed tours due to late arrivals.
According to regulations in Taiwan, the bus can only be on the road for 10 to 11 hours. Please adhere to this rule for your safety.
The price for this trip is the same for both adults and children. However, if a child is under 4 years old and a car seat is arranged for them, an additional fee of $300 is required according to Taiwan traffic regulations. Please pay the driver in cash and inform them in the remarks.
Due to the long journey, if you use a 5/9-seater car, the service staff will mainly provide commentary on the car. After arriving at the scenic spot, participants will go to the scenic spot by themselves.
Recommended service fee: It is customary to give a small tip to service staff as an international etiquette. This gesture is also a significant form of encouragement and appreciation. You can give a tip to the tour leader, local guide, and driver based on their performance during the itinerary, with their approval.
After successful booking, the service staff will notify you one day before departure to confirm whether the tour is confirmed. If the tour is confirmed, the tour information will be provided in the order voucher one day before departure. If the service staff information is not provided, you can contact the service staff proactively. If a group link is provided, please pay attention to the order information one day before departure and follow the instructions to download the relevant APP and join the service group in advance, and ensure that your mobile phone signal is working properly.
