This pass allows unrestricted travel on all JR lines for 7/14/21 days, including Shinkansen, limited express, rapid trains, express trains, and slow trains, as well as all JR bus lines, certain express lines, and the Miyajima JR ferry. Travel around Japan and save money on long-distance business trips with several destinations. - Period of use: Please specify the expected date of use (within 30 days from the date of redemption) when redeeming the ticket and use it for 7/14/21 consecutive days from the date of redemption.
- To reserve a reserved seat, please bring your JR pass directly to the JR Ticket Office or Green Ticket Vending Machine (to reserve a seat). Please refer to the official website for on-site reservations.

Refund Policy: Any e-tickets that have not been exchanged for an official pass can be refunded. However, there will be a 10% cancellation fee. Please keep your vouchers safe as we cannot issue a new pass or process refunds if the pass is lost, stolen, or partially used
Wheelchair seats are available on some Shinkansen and limited express trains. Please apply at the JR Ticket Office at each JR station from one month before the scheduled date of travel. However, reservations may not be possible due to the full capacity of trains
