On the day of the event, please wear cold-weather shoes and clothing before participating. (Shoes and pants should preferably be waterproof)
Although the number is limited, if you do not have cold weather gear, we will lend you long boa coats, cold weather shoes, knit hats, goggles, gloves, etc. However, please note that we may not be able to provide the size that suits you.
The minimum number of participants is 2 people.
Please note that the tour time may be changed at the guide's discretion due to weather or other reasons.
If Hakkoda Ropeway is suspended, the tour will be canceled.
If the event is canceled due to reasons listed on the right, there will be no cancellation fee. - For cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 0% will apply
- For cancellations 1 to 1 day(s) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations 0 to 0 day(s) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
