Lift tickets can be issued at the automatic ticket vending machine "Skiosk" in the center house. (Scan the QR code on the automatic ticket vending machine to issue a lift ticket.) *Please note that tickets cannot be exchanged at the counter.
You will need a QR code when redeeming your gift. Please present the QR code screen from your email or My Page.
Lift tickets issued through Skiosk are recognized as a "1-day ticket" for the day you pass through the gate. If you have multiple lift tickets, they may all be recognized as 1-day tickets for the day you pass through the gate, so please refrain from holding multiple tickets at the same time.
A deposit of 500 yen will be required for each IC card. This will be refunded at the ticket counter when you return the card (the deposit is included in the purchase price).
This ticket cannot be reissued, refunded, or exchanged for cash for any reason. QR codes cannot be reissued, so if you lose it, please purchase it again.
This ticket is valid for only one person.
Please note that the season may be shortened depending on snowfall, weather, the spread of infectious diseases, etc.
