  • Number of passengers: Maximum 18 people (capacity 17 people)

  • Please adhere to the meeting time during the tour. If the meeting time has passed, the tour will depart.

  • Bus seating for solo participants and odd-numbered groups may be shared. Men and women may be asked to share seats.

  • Due to the 3-seat configuration of the bus, groups of 2 may be seated in front of or behind each other.

  • Reclining seats are available. When reclining your seat, please ask the person sitting behind you. Please return the seat to the original position when getting on and off the bus, such as when taking a restroom break.

  • Please wear comfortable shoes and clothes that are easy to move in.

  • We may change the itinerary.

  • Mt. Fuji may not be visible depending on the weather.

  • Strawberry picking will be held rain or shine. In case of rain, some farms may not allow umbrellas. Please bring a raincoat with you. It may take about 15 minutes to walk from the bus to the strawberry picking area. Wearing comfortable walking shoes are recommended.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
