Please note that we cannot accommodate food allergies.
The pier will be crowded on the day. Please make sure to arrive with everyone by 16:25 and complete the check-in process. The pier is a little hard to find. The boat departs on time, so please allow yourself plenty of time. There is no parking lot near the pier. We recommend that you use public transportation.
Departure time is 5pm as there is a set time for entering the viewing area.
This plan is a long cruise, and once you enter the viewing area, you will not be able to return until the fireworks display ends, so children under the age of 4 cannot board. Thank you for your understanding.
Seats on the boat are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. *On the deck, seating is by standing only.
Pets and bulky luggage such as suitcases are not allowed on board.
We will not allow drunk passengers to board the boat. Staff may refuse boarding at their discretion, but in that case we will not be able to offer a refund.
