— What Should You Know Before Booking —

• Atlas Beach Club reserves the right to relocate your day bed if your arrival is over 1 hour from the booking time
• No outside food and drinks are permitted in the beach club before 10:00 pm
• Alcohol and political clothing brands are not permitted, as are offensive attire with exact words, terms, and imagery
• No professional photography equipment, including video cameras, telescopic lenses, or drones, is allowed into the venue without prior arrangement with the Atlas Marketing Department
• The company will not be liable for any personal injury or loss where negligence cannot be attributed to the owners and operators of Atlas Beach Fest
• If your consumption exceeds the food and beverage credit score, you can pay the remaining amount by cash or card on the spot

• Free entry for children under 120 cm
  
• Please be advised children are not allowed on the dance floor after 7:00 pm or on the beach club property after 9:00 pm

• Visitors may enter the venue only from 11.00am.
• Valid for a single entry during the visit.
• Participants must be aged 18+ to enter.
• Visitors are required to show an ID card (KTP/SIM/Passport) before entering the venue
• Visitors without valid ID cards will not be allowed into the venue and will not receive a refund of the ticket fee.
• Unauthorized sellers are not allowed in the event area.
• Event performers may change at any time or not participate in this event at all. In this case, there will be no refund.
• For some conditions and situations, some areas within the event area may not be entered by the audience.
• The event organizers, promoters and performers are not responsible for transportation or accommodation costs incurred by visitors to attend the event if the event has to be canceled or moved to another day due to force majeure.
• Visitors who behave carelessly, are disruptive or with obscene behavior, and those who refuse to comply with the rules/comply with the venue’s warning will be immediately removed from the event area without refunding ticket fees.
• The event committee/person in charge of the event venue, promoter, and performers are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings of the spectators or incidents that result in injury in all areas of the event during the event, whatever the reason might be.
• People who are found to be drunk, are consuming any kind of illegal drugs or drugs, or are not healthy enough to enter the event area. Visitors who are proven to be carrying illegal drugs, weapons and/or other prohibited items will not be allowed to enter the event area. Visitors who are found carrying these items will also be immediately reported to the authorities. There are no refunds for ticket fees.
• The venue has the right to confiscate food and drinks from outside the event area that are brought into the event area
• Visitors who are removed from the event area for the above reasons, will not be allowed to re-enter the event area and there will be no refund of ticket fees
• By entering the event area, all visitors are willing to be examined thoroughly, including emptying their pockets and bags, and checking all items they carry.
• The venue has the right to refuse or remove people from the event area, if the person violates the rules that have been made. These regulations may change at any time, with or without notification.
• The venue and its affiliates have the right to film, record and/or photograph faces or images or their likenesses, movements and/or statements of visitors, from this event for television, moving images (films), webcasts, and/or other public broadcasts in any form and for any purpose.
• Force Majeure circumstances include coercive circumstances or situations, such as natural disasters, rebellions, wars, riots, government regulations or anything that results in the event not being able to take place or the event being stopped in the middle.
• Problems related to the vocals and voices of the performers, the change of the performers and the absence of the performers are also forms of Force Majeure.
• Every visitor and spectator of this event, hereby releases the venue from all rights, claims, losses, losses, liabilities, fines and other consequences arising from these force majeure circumstances.
