- The services are not available for children under 6 years old
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Guests who arrive more than 20 minutes late must reschedule and wait for their next appointment
- If you cannot show up on the appointed date, please notify Cham customer service 24 hours in advance through the Hotline: 0987 773 777 to reschedule your appointment to another possible date and time

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
