Mae Kampong is in the Mae On sub-district, near San Kamphaeng. This village is a popular natural tourist destination with an attractive Community Learning Center. Mae Kampong village, just an hour's drive from the city, is rich in natural resources, with a stream and a tea-tree forest surrounding it.

Local Thais enjoy visiting Mae Kampong because it has pleasant weather all year. This is because it is 1,300 meters above sea level!

San Kamphaeng Hot Springs has two hot springs that shoot bursts of hot water up to 20 meters into the air. The hot springs are located 36 kilometers from town, surrounded by natural surroundings of trees and verdant hills.
