- Once the order is confirmed, any changes regarding the confirmed order, such as modification of dates or destinations, or cancellations, will be charged accordingly by the modification and cancellation policy

- If the traveler arrives late or is absent on the day of departure for any reason, the entire travel package is not refundable, changeable, or transferable
- If the traveler fails to comply with the guide to gather at the meeting point on time during the trip, the traveler will be responsible for any additional costs and incurred damages
- The local tour operator is not responsible for the consequences caused by travelers if they withdraw from the group during the trip
- For the hotel, each room allows a maximum of 4 guests (children included). Adding an extra bed is not allowed. An additional amount must be paid according to the hotel policy if travelers insist on adding an extra bed
- The seats on the bus are generally arranged according to the order of the client's reservation. If the client has a special requirement, he or she can pay additional fees in order to choose the seats on the bus in advance. Please contact KKday customer service in advance if this is needed
- The itinerary is for reference only. In the case of force majeure including but not limited to: attraction closure due to holidays, unforeseen circumstances, adverse traffic, or weather conditions, the local tour company has the right to modify alternative arrangements or to cancel the itinerary. No prior notice and no compensation would be provided

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 15 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
