— Itinerary Introduction —

  • Namsan Park and N Seoul Tower (optional)
Ride an electric public bus to Namsan Park, a centrally located eco-friendly transportation option, with an elevation of approximately 270m. Enjoy the panoramic view of Seoul in the park while hiking and having a picnic. N Seoul Tower, located on Namsan Mountain in Namsan Park, is a radio transmission tower constructed in 1969 and completed in 1975. Rising 236m high and standing at 479m above sea level, the tower comprises 8 above-ground floors. Admire a panoramic view of Seoul, including important buildings, Royal Palaces, mountains, the Han River, bridges, and parks from the observatory. This location was once home to the Joseon Shrine and a beacon tower during the Joseon Dynasty.

  • Bukchon Hanok Village
Bukchon Hanok Village in Seoul, established during the Joseon Dynasty, features beautiful hanok houses, cultural landmarks, and picturesque views. Nestled between Gyeongbokgung and Changdeokgung Palace, it's considered an ideal place to stay, aligned with Feng-Shui principles, as it's backed by a mountain and faces water. This location, often referred to as a city museum, is rich in historical sites, cultural assets, and folklore materials. In the past, the Yangban (noble class) chose to reside here because of its proximity to the palace. During the Japanese occupation from 1910 to 1945, this area became densely populated. In 1920, a Korean housing developer purchased a significant piece of land in Bukchon Hanok Village to construct the current style of hanok for people to live in. Enjoy numerous great photo opportunities and a 600-year-old urban environment, presenting a unique blend of old and new buildings.

The heart of Seoul. You can look down whole city at your feet.
