[Day 1]

  • Bow Lake (20-min stop)
    Where the clear lake reflects the blue sky and the mountains like a mirror. The Num-Ti-Jah Lodge on the lake tells the story of the legendary mountain guide, Jimmy Simpson's family.
  • Peyto Lake (30-min stop)
    Peyto Lake is like a blue ribbon in the valley of the Rocky Mountains. Pass by Waterflow Lake, and on the return journey.
    *In the event of force majeure or closure for maintenance, the alternative attractions are Waterflow and Big Hill
  • Columbia Icefield (150-min stop)
    Columbia Icefield is the largest ancient icefield in the Canadian Rockies.
    - Ice Explorer (additional charges): A ride on the Ice Explorer to explore Athabasca Glacier.
    - Skywalk (additional charges): Discover a different perspective of the remarkable scenery as you peer into what seems like the heart of the planet through a glass-bottomed Skywalk.
  • Athabasca Falls (30-min stop)
    It was created by the erosion of melting ice and snow and is a magnificent sight to behold.

  • Since August is the peak season in Canada, hotel prices in Rocky Mountains will be dynamic pricing, which depends on the demands of each day.   • Please provide accurate and complete information (name, gender, adult/child, copy of passport, and contact information) when booking a tour to avoid errors that would affect your travel. If you cause a delay or cause losses due to missing or inaccurate information, you will be held responsible
  • To ensure a smooth and complete trip, it is strongly recommended that you confirm all the details at the time of booking a tour. No additional changes or modifications will be allowed within 14 days before or during the tour. A service charge of C$50/ single/trip will be charged for 15 days or more prior to tour departure
  • Under the premise that the promised service and standards remain unchanged, your itinerary may take place alongside another traveler’s itinerary to form a group tour. Depending on the arrival and departure dates, the travelers’ itinerary sequences may differ
  • Hotel Class: North American Hotels do not have an official hotel star rating standard. The hotels involved in the trip are local brand hotels
  • The North American Hotel Standard Room is equipped with one large bed or two standard beds. If you have a specific request for bed types, please inform management at the time of booking and they will do their best to accommodate you
  • Please note that product components such as tour vehicles, hotels, restaurants, attraction facilities, etc. may have different standards (ratings, classes, quality) in different regions of the world. The bilingual tour guides will use Mandarin and English to serve you
  • Tour vehicles: Vehicles are arranged according to the number of people in a group. In a group of up to 24 passengers, the driver will also be the tour guide. In a group of more than 24 passengers, an individual driver/tour guide will be provided
  • The local tour company acts only as a Tour Operator for the owners and contractors providing transportation, accommodation, or other services and is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury, delay or accident due to an act of default of any company engaged in providing services included in these packages
  • In the case of force majeure including but not limited to: inclement weather, traffic accidents, etc., the local tour company has the right to modify or cancel the itinerary
  • The local tour company is not responsible for any transportation cancellations or delays, climate changes, or any other travel safety issues within the trip that are caused by circumstances that are not under our company’s control
  • Refunds for costs caused by force majeure such as but not limited to: traffic delays, wars, coups, strikes, weather, aircraft machine failures, flight cancellations or changes in time, etc. are excluded
  • The drop-off time and itinerary are subject to weather/traffic conditions and unforeseen circumstances. Please inquire with the tour guide about the itinerary on the day of return
  • If you leave the tour halfway or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, or an accident), refunds or compensation will not be granted

  • A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 7 day(s) before the departure date

  • It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance for your personal benefit

  • Please make sure you always have a valid photo ID (e.g. passport or ID card) for identity verification on the day of the tour

  • All activities must be booked in advance. Please understand that no additional bookings will be provided before 7 days from departure and during the tour

  • During the tour, please arrive at the pickup location at the time scheduled by the tour guide.  Please do not be late to avoid delaying other tourists’ itineraries. If you are late or miss the transportation provided, you are responsible (at your own expense) to meet the group at the next designated meeting location

  • During your trip, the tour guide may pick up or drop off travelers accommodated at different hotels. The tour guide will make reasonable arrangements according to the presented situation

  • During your trip, there may be different vehicles and tour guides serving you

  • If for any reason you need to leave your group during the trip, you must fill out a "Letter of Liability Release",  with no exceptions allowed

  • Guests below 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult (18 years old and above)

  • In the event of traffic/weather conditions or other circumstances not under the local tour company’s control, or if you are unable to participate in activities included in the itinerary due to personal reasons, no refunds will be given

  • If you have special needs (such as but not limited to: a specific bed type, vegetarian options, high-chairs, etc.), please indicate in the Requests & Remarks section when you book at least 7 days before your trip. The local tour company will do their best to accommodate you, but there is no guarantee of it

  • Please provide an active contact number when booking, so you can be contacted in the event of emergencies

  • Depending on the different hotel operation requirements, you may be required to provide credit card information as a deposit during your stay for miscellaneous expenses and incidental guarantees (including but not limited to: telephone expenses, laundry, and catering services)

  • For environmental protection, hotels in the Rocky Mountain area do not provide toothpaste, toothbrushes, slippers, and combs. Only shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided

Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellations made at least 15 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 22% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–14 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
