This ticket is valid only on the same day. Eating and drinking are not allowed in the exhibition area. Please enter the exhibition with your ticket 5 minutes before the designated session time.
If a show is cancelled due to rain, tickets will be refunded or the show will be rescheduled. Nancheng County Public Security Bureau reserves the right to make changes to the event.

Due to the unique spatial design of the venue and for safety reasons, the park will be temporarily closed in case of rain. Visitors under 120cm in height and those with mobility impairments will not be allowed to experience the park.

To protect personal safety, it is strictly forbidden to run, jump, lean or push the glass fence, throw objects, and any behavior that may cause danger to yourself or others. Guests wearing high heels are requested to leave their shoes in the storage area before the experience, and ask the service staff for indoor slippers before the experience. Heel height limit: If the heel height or thickness of thick-soled shoes is more than 5CM, you must change into flat-soled indoor slippers before the experience for safety. The experience space is designed to be transparent. To protect personal privacy, those wearing skirts should pay attention to the bottom of the skirt to avoid exposure. You can ask the staff for a narrow long apron before the experience to reduce exposure concerns, and return it after the experience.
In order to provide the best experience quality and better protection for the space, and for the safety of others, please deposit your bags that exceed the specified size before starting the experience, and do not bring items that may cause danger. Backpacks larger than 40 X 30CM (about A3 size) or thicker than 20CM, please complete the storage area before entering the experience. Considering the needs of the experience public, the storage area provides small bags for temporary use, which are convenient for placing personal belongings. Please return them before leaving after use.
