Reminders for Personal Travel Documents: On the day of departure, passengers must bring their own necessary documents for travel abroad: passport validity, relevant visa validity, military service stamp, special status, foreign entry and exit, and restricted exit. The original passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the date of return. If the original passport is not valid enough and is unable to enter or exit the country, the passenger will be responsible for any related expenses. In the event of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or snowstorms, we will decide whether to cancel the tour one day before departure (12:00 local time) and will notify you by email at any time thereafter.

If you have booked a KKday component product (car rental/day tour/airport transfer, etc.) in the event of a flight delay or cancellation, and you are unable to use it, cancellation fees will still be charged according to the product cancellation policy.
Airlines stipulate that changing seats after boarding will cause flight safety concerns. Passengers are requested to comply with airline boarding regulations and must sit in the assigned seats according to the ticket information. You may not change your assigned seat at will after check-in or boarding. Thank you for your cooperation.
If you require additional services (e.g., airport transfers, airport parking, travel insurance) using your credit card and wish to pay using a third-party payment method such as LINE Pay or Jiekou, please contact your card-issuing bank to confirm whether your credit card is eligible for third-party payment before placing your order.
If you cancel your order 31 days prior to the scheduled departure date, KKday will incur losses as the flight and hotel fees have already been paid and confirmed to be non-refundable. However, in accordance with the international travel contract, KKday may provide proof of payment and refund the remaining amount after deducting the relevant item fees.
