Coast to Hinterland Tours will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions
No refund is payable if a passenger is not at the departure point at the nominated departure time
All tours will depart regardless of rain or other weather conditions unless it is deemed to be unsafe
Coast to Hinterland Tours assumes no liability for any damage to or loss of property left on the vehicle by a passenger
Coast to Hinterland Tours drivers reserve the right to deny travel where a risk to customers, the public, or staff is perceived

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
