Cycle without a worry as you enjoy high-quality, reliable bicycles that are frequently maintained and sanitized before every use! Wet wipes, sanitizer, and sunscreen are also available at the store for complimentary use by all guests!

Purchase Notice
- Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase in advance before visiting (on-site rental purchases cannot be guaranteed)
- In the case of a flat tire, an additional S$10 will be charged. Generally, damaged and broken parts cost between S$30–S$100
- The maximum liability for total damage or loss of a bicycle is S$500.00
- In the unfortunate event of a flat tire, chain drop, damage, or an in-any-way unusable bicycle, it is your responsibility to bring it back to the operator's shop as the operator does not have towing or on-site maintenance services. Any non-return bike will be considered stolen and will be handled by the police
- Damage and repair costs will be charged after inspection upon return
- The operator will only charge for damage and broken parts and won't charge for scratches
- The operator reserves all rights to refuse the renting of a bicycle and/or to extend the time of hiring
- Guests are required to sign a liability waiver form that informs them of the risks of the activity

Reminders
Please check and ensure the bicycle is in good condition before heading out. The operator will not be responsible for or accept any reasoning for damages after 15 minutes of usage
All bicycles must be punctually returned. By exceeding the return time by 15 minutes, you will be automatically be charged for another hour of rental
All bicycles must be returned by 9:45 pm. The surcharge for returning after closing hours is S$10 per 15 minutes for every bicycle
You may use your bicycle on footpaths, cycling paths, and traffic roads. You are not allowed to use them on highways, expressways, and anywhere with a "no cycling" sign
A speed limit of 10 km/hour applies when cycling on footpaths
A speed limit of 25 km/hour applies when cycling on cycling paths
There is no speed limit when cycling on traffic roads
Helmets aren't mandatory unless you're cycling on traffic roads. If you need one, you can rent one from the operator for a small fee

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
