Audio guides are available in Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, and Thai.
You must queue up on-site to get on the bus. If the bus is full, you will not be able to get on. If the ticket has been used, no refunds will be provided.
You must present your ticket for verification when boarding and follow the instructions of the train attendant.
The double-decker sightseeing bus starts and ends at Taipei Main Station. You must get off at Taipei Main Station no matter where you board the bus, and you cannot return to the stop you board from.
The arrival time of the double-decker sightseeing bus may be slightly affected by traffic conditions. Please queue up early before the bus arrives at the stop.
Tickets should be kept with you at all times; lost or damaged tickets cannot be reissued
Only indoor seats are provided with free USB charging stations. If you need to charge your device, please sit in the indoor seating area.
There are no standing areas on the double-decker sightseeing bus. Standing is strictly prohibited while the bus is in motion. Do not extend your head or hands outside the vehicle. Please sit properly and fasten your seatbelt.
In case of inclement weather, bus services may be temporarily suspended, based on announcements from the Taipei City Government; the company will also decide whether to suspend services after considering driving safety conditions.
In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rains, etc.) and considering the safety of the public, the organizer may postpone or cancel the event, and announce and contact you in advance. If there are unfinished matters, the organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, change or cancel the event.
Please stow your personal belongings and luggage as instructed on the bus
When it rains, the bus attendant will pull up the rain cover to prevent raindrops from entering the bus and affecting passengers.
The routes, stops, and frequency of double-decker buses, as indicated on the route map and bus stop signs, shall be followed and departures shall be made on time. However, adjustments and changes may be made in the event of gatherings, temporary traffic control zones, mechanical failures, weather changes, or other necessary circumstances, and such changes shall be announced in the mass media or on the website in a timely manner.
If a double-decker bus malfunctions or is involved in an accident, the bus attendant should properly assist passengers in transferring to another bus.
Eating, chewing gum, betel nut, smoking (including e-cigarettes), and drinking alcohol are prohibited on the vehicle. If discovered by staff, you will be asked to leave immediately. Please be aware of this.
All double-decker buses are equipped with various safety devices. In case of an emergency during the journey, please follow the guidance of the bus attendant and use the devices according to the operating instructions.
