Q: Can I take a ferry earlier than my scheduled ferry?

A: Cotai Water Jet provides standby arrangement for passengers holding on-day (On-day 08:30 AM to 23:59 PM) valid ferry tickets and would like to take earlier ferry service ahead of the sailing time on tickets. Earlier sailings are subject to seat availability and not guaranteed. Day sailing ticket cannot standby for night sailing. (not applicable to Airport Route)

Q: If I'm too late to catch my scheduled ferry, can I still use the original ticket to take next ferry?

A: Passengers are advised to pay attention to the check-in deadline of different terminals. Passengers arriving at the check-in gate after the check-in deadline will not be allowed to go through the check-in gate and the ticket for this voyage will be cancelled without being refunded or reimbursed. Please refer to Clause 2.1 of the Cotai Water Jet TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE OF PASSENGERS for details.

— AIRSIM Borderless SIM Card Regulations and Rules —

• Each registered email, phone number and AIRSIM account can only redeem the reward once (i.e. HK$20 stored value can only be redeemed once). Duplicate applications will not be accepted.
• Failure to collect the voucher before June 30, 2026 will be deemed as forfeiting and it will not be compensated or reissued
• New AIRSIM users must download and register the AIRSIM App and AIRTALK App before December 31, 2026 to receive the HK$20 stored value. After the first registration on the AIRSIM App, the AIRSIM account will be valid for 1 year. Every time you purchase a data package or top up, the validity period will be automatically extended by 1 year. 
• Existing users must use the value before the AIRSIM account expiry date, otherwise the value will be forfeited
• This offer is not available to AIRSIM Enterprise customers
• The AIRSIM card can only be delivered to  a Hong Kong address
