If the tour is cancelled due to insufficient participants, the company will fully refund the tour fee already paid, and the traveler will not incur any additional costs. If a traveler is unable to participate in the tour due to personal reasons (including but not limited to being late, failing to meet at the designated time and place, withdrawing midway, or abandoning participation in part or all of the itinerary), it will be considered as a voluntary waiver of related rights, and no refund, rescheduling, or compensation will be available.
In the event of force majeure such as inclement weather, natural disasters, traffic accidents, or government orders, the company reserves the right to adjust, change, or cancel the itinerary for safety reasons.
