Tokyo Mega Illumi is a winter-exclusive illumination event held at Ohi Racecourse (Shinagawa Ward) on days when there are no horse races. It is a popular illumination facility for both adults and children, having ranked 1st for 5 consecutive years (2020-2021 to 2024-2025) in the Walkerplus 'National Illumination Ranking of Places People Want to Visit' and 1st for 3 consecutive years (2022-2023 to 2024-2025) in the 'National Illumination Ranking of Places People Were Glad They Visited.'
In addition to various illuminations such as fountain shows, aurora effects, and a 100-meter-long light tunnel, you can enjoy the highly popular 'interaction with miniature horses & ponies,' a unique feature of Tokyo Mega Illumi (Ohi Racecourse).
It is close to the city center and has excellent access from Haneda Airport (large-scale parking available). There are also plenty of dining options and original merchandise.

This extremely popular horse event is unique to Tokyo Mega Illumination (Oi Racecourse). You can take photos with and interact with miniature horses and ponies. In the pasture, you can see the adorable horses running, lying down, and eating grass.

- Date-specific advance tickets will be on sale until 7:00 PM on the day of the event.
- Please purchase tickets for the number of people in your group (excluding preschool children).
- The pass cannot be used on any other days than the specified date.
- This ticket does not have a time designation, but you will not be able to enter after the final admission time of 8:00 PM.
Please note that the passageway leading to the "Japanese Sparkle Area" will be closed after 8:30 PM.
- Please check the times of the fountain show, horse events, restaurants, etc. in advance before visiting.
- Please check the official website for the times and locations of miniature horse and lead horse appearances (interaction and photo events).
- Tickets cannot be cancelled or changed after purchase.
- Due to weather and other circumstances, some performances and events may be changed or canceled, or the venue may be closed or suspended. Please check the latest information before purchasing.
- On the day of use, please be sure to bring a smartphone that can display your purchased ticket and present it at the entrance gate.
- Opening times for the venue and parking lot may vary depending on the number of customers, weather, etc.

- Pets are not permitted inside the zoo, with the exception of assistance dogs (guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs). Pets in buggies are also not permitted inside. There is no pet care facility.
- Those using wheelchairs and strollers are also welcome to enter. There are "lifts" in areas where stairs are necessary, so you can enjoy all of the illuminations in the venue. As the "lifts" are only available one at a time, you may have to wait when it is crowded. We also offer free wheelchair and stroller rentals, so please ask a member of staff when you arrive. *As the number is limited, rentals will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Depending on the situation, it may take some time to receive your rental.
