The first child car seat is provided for free. For any subsequent seats, please pay JP¥2000 per seat to the driver on-site
If usage exceeds 10 hours, overtime fees will apply. For 6-seat and 9-seat vehicles: JPY 5,000 per hour. Any excess of 30 minutes is counted as 1 full hour. For 13-seat, 18-seat, and larger vehicles: JPY 5,000 per 30 minutes. Any excess of 15 minutes is counted as 1 full half-hour. Drivers will provide recommended return time based on traffic conditions. Any overtime caused by same-day traffic congestion is also subject to overtime charges.
If your itinerary includes a stop at the Mt. Fuji 5th Station, an additional access fee applies (≈ JP¥2,060-4,700, depending on vehicle type).
If the pickup/drop-off location is outside Tokyo’s 23 wards, an inter-district service fee will apply (varies depending on location).
For stays in areas such as Hakone or Fuji, approximately 2 hours of driver travel time (round trip) will be deducted.
For medium vehicles of 13 seats or larger, the round-trip travel time is also about 2 hours, resulting in an effective usage time of 7 hours.
Please plan your itinerary using the reference routes provided. For mixed itineraries that cross different regions, additional inter-district service fees may apply.

Hakone area + Yokohama area
6-seat and 9-seat vehicles: JPY 8,000–10,000
13-seat and 18-seat vehicles: JPY 10,000–16,000

For multi-day continuous charters outside Tokyo, an overnight driver fee of JPY 15,000 applies

According to Japan Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) regulations, the maximum daily service time for 13-seater and 18-seater vehicles is 9 hours.
According to Japanese transit regulations, drivers of 13-seater and 18-seater vehicles must take a 15-minute break for every 2 hours of driving. Please note that these mandatory rest periods are included within the total tour duration.
If your pick-up or drop-off location is outside the Tokyo city limits, the driver's empty transit (travel) time will be deducted from your total rental duration. For the Mount Fuji and Hakone areas, a 2-hour travel deduction applies. This reduces the total available tour time as follows: 7-Seater & 10-Seater Vehicles: 8 hours of total service time / 13-Seater & 18-Seater Vehicles: 7 hours of total service time.
