Be at the office/ticket counter/bus station 30 minutes before to check in
Present your e-voucher to board on the bus
- Child Policy -
Children under 1 meter may sit on the same seat with their parents.
Children 1 meter tall or taller - Counted as Adult
Pregnant women need to ensure their health during the travel process.
The bus company has the right to refuse service if passengers do not comply with regulations on Children and Pregnant Women.

In case passengers carry luggage that is not in accordance with the regulations (larger, bulkier) or carry second luggage, the garage will surcharge 75,000 VND / luggage
