태풍, 눈보라 등의 악천후의 경우 출발 1일 전 (현지 시간 19:00)에 투어 출발 가능 여부가 결정되며 이메일을 통해 안내드립니다.
Please arrive at the meeting point and wait at least 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time. Latecomers will not be allowed to wait. Latecomers will not be able to attend the event and will not be able to request order modification, order cancellation or refund on this basis.
If it is confirmed that the attraction is closed due to bad weather or other irresistible factors after departure, no refund will be given. Please forgive me.

If the passenger requests to reschedule within 3 days before departure due to personal reasons, a handling fee of KRW 20,000 per person will be charged on the day of departure.
