Please don't bring any outside food or beverages. Only food and beverages that are purchased on-site can be consumed within the venue.
It is recommended to wear warm, waterproof clothes. Please note that although umbrellas can be brought to the venue, they cannot be used during the performance out of considering for the other spectators.
This event is an all-weather experience and will continue even in doubtful or unfavorable weather conditions. Please come as prepared as possible so that you can enjoy the performance no matter the weather.
Performances will only be cancelled due to electrical storms (within a 10km radius) or extreme weather conditions. Cancellations will not be confirmed until 7:30pm or later, and may occur after the performance has commenced. Guests should still proceed to the venue for the scheduled 7:30pm start time, even in unfavorable weather.
In certain weather conditions, the performance may be delayed or paused for up to 50 minutes at any time during the show.
Auxiliary expenses such as travel, accommodation, or hospitality arranged in connection with the performance are at the guest’s own risk and are non-refundable.
